The European Symposium on Clinical Pharmacy, ESCP-GSASA 2009, will be held at the CICG - Interna¬tional Conference Centre Geneva, 17 Rue de Varembé, Geneva.
The congress starts on Tuesday, 3 November 2009 and will end on Friday, 6 November 2009.
The CICG is ideally located just off the Place des Nations (UN) and a stone's throw from the centre of Geneva.

BADGES
Badges will be distributed at the registration desk. Par¬ticipants without badges will not be admitted to the Symposium activities.
CELLULAR PHONES AND PAGERS
As a courtesy to all meeting attendees and speakers, cel¬lular phones, pagers and other electronic devices must be operated in silent/ vibration mode during sessions. No cellular phone conversations are permitted during sessions.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
A general certificate of attendance can be obtained from the Registration Secretariat as off Friday 10:00. Participants requiring a signature on their certificate shall pro¬ceed to the ESCP stand located on Level -1.
CERTIFICATE OF ORAL COMMUNICATION, POSTER DISCUSSION FORUM OR POSTER PRESENTATION
A certificate of oral communication, poster discussion forum or poster presentation can be obtained from the ESCP stand located on Level -1 from Friday 10:00 on.

A guarded cloakroom, free for all participants, is available on Level 0 of the CICG during the following opening hours:

CONGRESS DOCUMENTS AND BADGES
Congress documents should be collected on-site at the registration desk located on Level 0 at the CICG. Name badges must be worn visibly at all times during the con¬gress and in the exhibition area.
CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS
Pharmacists from Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Fin¬land, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom can obtain educa¬tion credits for attending ESCP courses and symposia. For more information, please visit the ESCP stand located on Level -1. The Swiss participants may refer to the GSASA contact persons - Mrs Brigitte Demierre or Mrs Susanna Kussmann - at the registration desk (Swiss pharmacists can claim 50 FPH-points per day or 150 FPH-points for the whole congress.)

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Official coffee breaks and lunches are included in the reg¬istration fee. Coffee breaks will take place in the exhibition area. Lunch will be available from 12:00 to 14:00 in the res¬taurant located on Level 1 at the CICG. Dessert and coffee will be served every day between 13:00 and 14:00 within the exhibition area on Level 0.
INSURANCE
The organisers accept no liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss of or damage to property belonging to participants, incurred either during or as a result of the conference. Delegates are advised to take out their own travel insurance policies.
INTERNET
Free WIFI Internet access is available throughout the congress venue (CICG) with no time limit or need for subscription. In order to access the ESCP-GSASA 2009 free Wi-Fi:

SMOKING POLICY
The congress venue is entirely non smoking.
Information on a (H1N1) flu
ESCP-GSASA is carefully monitoring the A (H1N1) flu situation. As of today, the World Health Organization has not recommended international travel restrictions. At this time, we therefore do not anticipate any changes to the meeting timing, location or programming. Updates will of course be provided as needed.
